#Q How can I find the event I am looking to buy tickets for?

The fastest way to locate an event on skyclubtickets.com is to click on the "FIND EVENTS" tab in the top navigation bar. In the search field enter either the event name, artist name or venue name you are searching for, then choose are a region and date to help drill down the results.

#Q What if the event I am looking for is not on SkyClub Tickets?

If you can't locate the event you're looking for on the site there may be a few reasons for this:

  • Tickets for the event maybe sold out or we may not have received tickets for that specific event.
  • Sales have ended or the event is no longer active.

You should email skyclubtickets.com to inquire about a specific event - its possible that we might be able to obtain tickets to an event for you.

#1 What happens if there are issues getting into the event?

If you encounter any issues at the event, you must contact Skyclub immediately and we will make every effort to rectify the situation. If for some reason we are unavailable at that time please email all necessary information within 5 business days following the originally scheduled date of the event. Failure to do so will waive your right to a refund. Not all refund requests will be honored.

#Q What if I can’t make the event can I get a refund for my ticket?

All sales are final. Refunds are only given if an event is canceled or rescheduled.

The event I purchased a ticket for was canceled or rescheduled can I get a refund?

If an event is canceled you will receive a refund minus the nonrefundable service charge. If the event is rescheduled you will have the option of a refund minus the service charge or tickets to the rescheduled date.

#Q I have a ticket related question. What should I do?

If you have a question that is not answered in our FAQ, please email skyclubtix@gmail.com. Please note, we do not have any additional information about an event besides what is listed on the event pages on our website. We suggest contacting the venue or promoter directly for answers to specific event questions.

#Q Is there a number I can call to speak to a customer representative?

You can always call us directly (816) 3GET TIX, however, we need to have all customer service in writing for various reasons, we will ask you send us an email with specific ticket issues. You must email skyclubtix@gmail.com with your questions/problems.

#Q What methods of payments do you accept?

We accept COD (cash on delivery) American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards for most events as well as PayPal.

Terms of Sale

All requests for tickets and ticket purchases from and through Skyclub Tickets, whether by internet, phone or in-person, are subject to these Terms & Conditions. When you request or purchase tickets from or through Skyclub Tickets you are confirming that you have fully read these Terms & Conditions, and agree to by bound by them.

Overview:

  • Cancelled events will receive a refund. Postponed or rescheduled events will not.
  • All sales are final; there are no cancellations or exchanges.

Our Terms & Conditions include the following provisions:

Please only order tickets after you are sure that you want them and have read and understood all of Skyclub’s Terms & Conditions. Also make sure the tickets you order are for the correct event, date and time, and or sex (male or female); you cannot cancel your order, change or exchange your tickets if you order incorrectly, or if your plans change or your ability to attend an event changes for any reason. If you decide that you want to change your tickets after they are ordered, we do not provide refunds, cancellations or exchanges. Skyclub reserves the right to cancel and refund the buyer's order at any time for any reason.
  2. Ticket Prices
Unless prohibited by applicable law, the price you pay for tickets may be substantially higher than face value, which is the price listed on the Skyclub website. All ticket prices are subject to change at any time, without notice, until we charge your credit card. All ticket purchases are assessed a service charge and state sales tax (if applicable). All ticket prices are in US Dollars ($USD).
  3. Skyclub Guarantee
We personally confirm your order, so you can be 100% confident in your purchase. Once your order is confirmed, it is covered under the Skyclub Guarantee. Skyclub guarantees:
  • Valid & Authentic Tickets - Your tickets will be valid and authentic.
  • On Time Delivery - Your tickets will be delivered in time for your event.
  • Customer Service, 7 days a week - Our team is available to meet your needs.
  • Event Cancellation Refunds - You will receive a refund if the event is cancelled and not rescheduled.
  • Secure Transaction - We use the most advanced form of SSL.
  • Our Guarantee protects you, the purchaser, by guaranteeing return of your ticket purchase price.

Communicating a problem quickly helps our chances of solving any issues you may encounter.

If the tickets on your confirmed order are not received before the event, please check your junk mail, or email us right away so we can be sure to get you your tickets before your event.

NOTICE: Tickets purchased on SkyclubTickets.com are resold from original ticket holders as a secondary ticket market. We cannot be responsible in the event a venue cross checks ID/full name listed on your tickets against the original ticket holders name and your proof of identification and uses this method to deny entry to your event.

6. Refund Policy

      
If your event is cancelled, and not rescheduled, you are eligible to receive a refund under the Skyclub If part of an event is cancelled we are unable to offer refunds. If your event is postponed or rescheduled, and your same tickets will be honored for the event at another date or venue, we are unable to offer refunds. If your event is cut short or partially cancelled, we are unable to offer refunds. If a cancellation causes new tickets to be issued for an event, then Skyclub will refund your payment for the tickets.

Refund Request Form
To process a refund, Skyclub must receive an email from you within five (5) business days after the date of your event. Once we receive your request, a Skyclub representative will contact you to discuss your request.

Skyclub may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, and your use of this site will be conditioned upon the Terms & Conditions in force at the time of your use. When you use our website to request tickets, it signifies your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.
